- Services: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the service start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
- Digital Products/Online Programmes: Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not offered once access has been granted, unless there is a technical issue that prevents you from using the product.
Bluestone Management Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
