Welcome to our Holistic Psychiatry Online Outpatient Clinic Service (referred to as “the Service”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service, so please read them carefully. By using this Service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “I agree” to these Terms, or by using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.

2. Description of Service

The Service is an online platform where you can receive psychiatric care and holistic mental health treatments from licensed professionals. We provide educational resources, counselling, therapy sessions, and personalized treatment plans.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided by the Service is not intended to replace the relationship between you and your healthcare provider i.e., your GP. Always seek the advice of your healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 999 immediately.

We DO NOT offer an emergency crisis service. In the event of a crisis, you are responsible for contacting your GP or out-of-hours services.

You can get quick medical advice by contacting NHS 111 in England, or NHS 111 Wales.

You can also go to any NHS Accident and Emergency (A&E) directly if you need immediate help and are worried about your safety.

4. Patient’s Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your health history during the registration process and throughout the course of your treatment. You understand that providing inaccurate or incomplete information can affect the quality and efficacy of your treatment.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a manner that is lawful, relevant, and appropriate to the Service. Any use of the Service that we, in our sole discretion, find unacceptable may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and when we share personal information and other data with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, our officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to and use of the Service, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will post the changes on this page. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the state without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
